Hi, I’m Elena, a vibrant 27 year old culinary enthusiast obsessed with making delicious desserts with chic displays!
I think the food you present at a gathering should express the
mood of the setting and enhance the senses of all who are in
attendance. The truth is, your experience with food starts with sight,
then smell, then touch, then finally taste! With that said, I have a
strong passion for what I like to call “pastry art”—desserts that look gorgeous and taste great. I love seeing the reactions of people when they
see custom desserts designed exclusively for them.
My
baking started in 2012 when I made my first batch of cake pops for my
brother’s college graduation. They weren’t pretty but they tasted
great, and everyone encouraged me to keep going. I have always enjoyed scrap booking, party planning, fashion
design, and of course, food. I think my dessert displays encompass all of those things.
When I'm not baking, I can be found at the gym, at the grocery store, or at a local vineyard with my husband, Louis. I am a New England girl through and through, a UMass Amherst Alumni and a huge Red Sox fan.
